Mediplus Mobile app for iPhone and iPad

The Mediplus application is a simple and fast way to access your policy benefits and manage your membership. You will also have access to the following features:

* Direct access to your membership profile to view active dependents, benefit start dates and benefit option.
* View real time utilization and available benefits per service type.
* View possible waiting periods and/or exclusions.
* Quick and easy online system for queries, to request pre-authorizations and to report fraud.
* View the latest updated list of providers contracted in Mozambique per region, per provider type.

Active Mediplus members must register on the Mediplus website before you register on our mobile app. Go to our website mediplusmz.com and register on the member self-help portal. You will use the same username and password for the member portal on our website and on the mobile application.
